We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young women, ages 14 through 18 to transition into the workforce, to grow professionally and build confidence!

Our ladies matriculate through a 12 week empowerment program that walks them through the following steps:

  • Career Readiness

  • Confidence Building

  • Personal Style (What is it?)

  • Emotional Intelligence

  • Natural Talent vs. Passion

  • Leadership & Public Speaking

  • Etiquette & Personal Appearance

  • Personal & Professional Development

Our Services

Confidence Building

Building confidence is essential to compete in an extremely competitive and sometime cruel world.

Our participants complete an extensive Confidence Building Program that focuses on each participants inherent strengths we practice positive self-talk and setting realistic achievable goals.

Career Readiness

Every participant in our program completes our Signature Career Readiness Program which includes cultivating the skills necessary to succeed in a very competitive job market.

These skills include job search skills, acquiring, maintaining and growing that job into a career.

Personal Development

Each participant completes a Personal Development Program that enhances their personal and professional growth.

We assist each individual by maximizing their potential and helping them set and acheive realistic goals. It’s refreshing to see their communication and problem-solving skills develop along with their emotional intelligence and adaptability.

Sabrina, our founder and CEO is passionate! Passionate about her nonprofit organization, To Her, With Love…an organization committed to helping young women build confidence, overcome social anxiety and step into their FULL potential as leaders and changemakers!

With over 30 years of experience as a fashion stylist in the luxury retail arena, Sabrina has worked with some of the most influential figures in the tri-state area.  Her career in fashion has given her a unique perspective on self-expression, confidence building and the power of having a personal presentation-insight to uplift these young women.

As a divorced mother of three, Sabrina also understands first hand the challenges and triumphs that come along with balancing dreams. reality, identity and responsibility.

Sabrina’s journey into resilience, self discovery and purpose is what lead her to form To Her, With Love. A space where young women are supported, celebrated and encouraged to chase their dreams unapologetically.

Combining her professional expertise, personal experiences and deep passion for mentorship, Sabrina is building a movement rooted in Love, Strength and Sisterhood!
