Sabrina, Board Member, Founder, and CEO, is passionate! Passionate about her nonprofit organization To Her, With Love—committed to helping young women build confidence, overcome social anxiety, and step into their FULL potential as leaders and change-makers.
With over 30 years in luxury retail as a stylist, Sabrina has worked with some of the most influential figures in the tri-state area. Her career gave her a unique perspective on self-expression and the power of personal presentation.
As a divorced mother of three, Sabrina understands balancing dreams with reality and purpose. Her personal journey led her to create this space rooted in love, strength, and sisterhood.
She combines professional expertise, life experiences, and a deep passion for mentorship to uplift the next generation.
Sabrina’s passion for service is reflected in her long-standing commitment to community engagement. She has successfully raised money for impactful organizations such as:

· Jeans for Justice
· Philabundance
· Living Beyond Breast Cancer
· Children’s Crisis Treatment Center
Over the years, she has also built meaningful charity partnerships with respected institutions including the Philadelphia Zoo, American Heart Association and the Lymphoma Society—further demonstrating her dedication to causes that uplift and inspire.
Sabrina is a proud member of Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, where her faith continues to fuel her purpose. Her spiritual foundation plays a vital role in how she leads, serves, and empowers others—always with grace, humility, and a heart full of love.
Stephanie Blakeney
VP of Administration & Operations

Stephanie is a powerhouse of organization and compassion! As Board Member and VP of Administration & Operations, she is a purpose-driven leader who brings a heart for service, and a sharp eye overseeing To Her, With Love’s structure, daily operations, financial stewardship and event planning with excellence and care.
Stephanie is also the President & CEO of Resilient Home Care, a certified MBE and WBE company providing personal assistance services to seniors and individuals with disabilities. With a strong foundation in operations and administration, she has led Resilient Home Care with compassion, precision and purpose, since inception when co-founded with her husband in 2018.
From 2011 to 2017, Stephanie owned and operated a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) transportation company alongside her husband. With a focus on operational excellence and service delivery, the company provided non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) as a contracted provider for AmeriHealth Caritas. Under her leadership, the business also offered critical transportation services including prison visitation routes across Pennsylvania, employee shuttles between Philadelphia and New Jersey, and daycare and community transport. This hands-on experience in managing logistics, compliance, staffing, and multi-stream operations laid a strong foundation for her role as Vice President of Administration & Operations at To Her, With Love.
Her leadership journey includes serving on the Daniel E. Rumph II Foundation board from 2009–2011 where she continues to volunteer. Her superpower is her God-given gift of administration—bringing order to chaos, grounded in excellence and compassion.
With her unmatched work ethic, warm personality, and unshakable faith, Stephanie is committed to building a legacy of love — one thoughtful act at a time.
Personally driven by faith, family, and a lifelong passion for helping others, Stephanie finds joy in organizing impactful events, uplifting her community, and meeting people at their point of need. She’s a proud member of Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church since 1998 and serves on the Ushers Ministry since 2004.
