At THWL, we believe every girl deserves to feel seen, supported, and confident in who she is becoming. Through mentorship, self-expression, and safe spaces for growth, we are helping girls discover their voices and walk boldly in their purpose.
We are also proud to share that THWL is in partnership with the School District of Philadelphia — expanding our reach and deepening our impact within the community.

Program Spotlight
Becoming Her Mentor Program
This season, through our Becoming Her mentoring program, our sessions have continued to create safe, supportive spaces where girls feel empowered to speak, express, and simply be themselves.
Through affirmations, group discussions, and creative activities, we are watching confidence grow in real time. Girls who once sat quietly are beginning to open up, share their thoughts, and support one another in meaningful ways.
Through our Becoming Her mentoring program partnership with the School District of Philadelphia, we are able to bring these experiences directly into schools — creating meaningful connections and impact where it matters most.
What we’re witnessing is powerful — not just participation, but transformation. These moments are laying the foundation for self-worth, resilience, and lifelong confidence.
